We helped BMW and MINI create a unified, composable digital platform across 24 European markets. The goal was to streamline their content operations, speed up rollout, and give local teams flexibility within a consistent brand framework. Built on Contentful and a headless tech stack, the new platform delivered exactly that.
The pitch was consultative and strategic from the start. BMW were exploring composable solutions, and we partnered closely with Contentful to show how this approach could transform their digital operations. It wasn’t just about delivery — it was about long-term change.
My role was to lead a consultative sales approach — aligning senior stakeholders, shaping the narrative, and building trust.We showed how TMWX could guide both the tech and the cultural shift required.
The project has been featured by Contentful in case studies, events, and webinars. It’s also become a cornerstone of how we talk about composable strategy — it’s opened real opportunities.
